Cancellation Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days starting from when you or a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the

last item.

or mail a letter with a clear declaration of your intent to withdraw.

Make sure to insure the package for tracking purposes.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

​

Upon receiving the returned, undamaged goods,

we will refund the amount within fourteen days

using the same payment method as the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until the goods are received

or proof of return is provided.

You must return the goods within fourteen days of

informing us of the withdrawal. You bear the cost of return shipping.

You are only liable for a loss in value

if it results from unnecessary

handling of the goods.

Exclusions:

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply

to contracts for goods whose price is

subject to financial market fluctuations

beyond the seller's control

during the withdrawal period.

General Notes:

​

1. Avoid damaging or contaminating the items.

2. Return goods in their original packaging with all accessories.

3. Do not send items "freight collect."

4. Compliance with these notes is not mandatory to exercise the right of withdrawal.
